Feijoa-filled Home made chocolates
¾ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut cream
½ cup raw cacao
¼ cup pure maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a saucepan on a very low heat. Whisk until combined and resembles chocolate sauce. Remove from heat and pour into silicone moulds or any kind of bowl, tray, plate etc. (just make sure you line anything that’s not silicone with nontoxic baking paper so you can pull it out easily).Â Place it in the freezer to set and then enjoy! You will need to store this chocolate in the fridge otherwise it will melt.
For Feijoa, Macadamia & Coconut flavour – Scatter some chopped macadamia nuts, coconut flakes & most importantly feijoas into the moulds before pouring the chocolate over the top. Give a quick stir so it is all mixed through & then set in freezer.
