This is a pure Feijoa Chutney, using an age-old method of curing the fruit overnight in salt to reduce the water content and intensify the full feijoa flavour. Made simply with apple-cider vinegar, spices, apple and brown sugar, this sharp style of chutney is unique and really captures feijoas as an ideal savoury condiment. We love this chutney with hard cheeses and full-bodied red wine, in ploughman’s lunches, and with curries.
