With both feijoas and rosellas grown on our farm we are very proud of this jam combination, as we believe no-one else in the whole world has put these flavours together, and they compliment each other beautifully. Rosellas are a high vitamin C tropical flower,( not the bird- don’t worry!) and give a heart-warming deep red colour and texture to the jam. Both flavours are distinctive and shine through, and this is a condiment for all occasions. Lather it on that old-time favourite the humble pikelet or scone. Even better think free-range duck, or hot corned beef, plus Feijoa and Rosella Jam, and start creating your own master chef signature dish. YUM.
