Using Australian made premium quality preservative-free aged Balsamic from Stanthorpe, this product is a great pantry staple, and has been infused with our whole organic feijoas then reduced by one-third to a dressing consistency. Not as sweet and syrupy as our glaze, use this dressing wherever you use straight balsamic vinegar, especially in marinades and salad dressings, and mixes well with other ingredients. We like it straight from the bottle on rocket, fig and goats cheese salad!
